Gazebo needs to be inspected for damage after heavy rains, stroms or similar events this will help you fix any damage soon .Structural Integrity: warranty will cover structural defects in the wood frame, such as warping, cracking, or breakage, for a certain period of time.Normal Wear and Tear: Warranty typically do not cover after 24 month ,normal wear and tear that occurs over time with regular use.
Need to check the interiors and exteriors for insects and birds nests and removing them.Workmanship: Warranty ocover issues related to the craftsmanship of the sofa, including problems with joints, assembly, and finish.Weather-Related Damage: Damage caused by exposure to the elements, such as rain, snow, sunlight, or extreme temperatures, is usually not covered. Outdoor furniture is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, but some natural weathering is expected.
Wash the entire Gazebo with Warm water, Mild Soap and a soft Scrub Brush once in a year .Hardware: The hardware components, such as screws, bolts, and fasteners, are covered for defects or failures.Misuse or Abuse: If the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care, it is unlikely to be covered under the warranty. This includes things like overloading the product beyond its weight capacity.
Remove Leaves, twings and other debris from the Gazebo roof every two months.Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in the manufacturing process that affect the functionality or durability of the product are covered.Acts of Nature: Damage caused by acts of nature, such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, is typically not covered.
Ground Fixing of Pillar is Mandatory in order to avoid Wind Damage. Non-Original Owner: warranty are non-transferable, meaning they only apply to the original purchaser and not to subsequent owners of the product .
Always Seek professional carpenter's assistance during dismantling and reassembling the Gazebo  
Every year need to paint/varnish wooden gazebo in order to make it long lasting.  
Before you decide to paint, varnish or spray the gazebo, it is best to remove the fabric.  
After installtion if you find any issue ,kinldy inform supllier to rectify .  
Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals on polyester fabric, as they can damage the fibers and cause discoloration.  
Regularly remove dust and debris from the fabric by using a soft brush or shaking it out.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
