- We will process refunds for items accompanied by the original proof of purchase, which includes your receipt or tax invoice.
- The returned item(s) must be in original condition, unused condition, in their original sealed packaging, and must include all associated paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Your full refund will be provided via your original payment method.
- Please be aware that certain electronics and specific items may not be eligible for returns, or a restocking fee may apply.
Exclusions from the Return Policy:
The following products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Special order or customized items (e.g., Paint, products sold per meter, cut timber)
- Items that are damaged or have been used to the extent that they are no longer suitable for resale
- Installed and assembled items, except in cases of faulty items
- Delivery charges, unless relating to a faulty item
Returning Your Items:

Handling Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item:

- If you discover damage after opening the package, promptly return the item to your nearest InciteHomz store or contact us to arrange for the pick-up of your damaged item(s).
Returning Promotional or Bundle Items:
- You have the option to return promotional or bundled items; however, you are required to return any free or discounted product(s) that were part of the original promotion. We do not offer partial refunds for promotional bundles.
- If you have used a promotional voucher/code when purchasing an item, please note that the value of the voucher/code will not be included in the refund. Only the actual price paid will be refunded.
Refund Process:
For Online Orders:
- If you made the payment with a Debit/Credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card or account.
- For Cash on Delivery payments, the refund amount will be processed to your bank account. This will be done after the item(s) have been returned to our factory and you have completed the Bank transfer form that we will provide. (CX BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FORM)
For In-Store Purchases:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card or account.
- For cash payments made in-store, you will receive a cash refund once the item is returned.
Refund Timeline:
- The entire process, from receiving your returned item(s) to conducting an inspection and processing the refund through your bank, typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
VAT Refund:
- The VAT amount will be included in your total refund. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase, in the form of either a receipt or a tax invoice, when returning your item(s).
International Returns:
- If you have shipped your item(s) outside the UAE, you can still return them within 30 days of purchase if they meet our Returns & Refund policy. However, please note that any associated shipping, handling, and related costs are not included in the refund and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation of Orders:
- You have the option to cancel an order before the scheduled delivery date without incurring any charges. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 days.
Cancellation or Exchange During Delivery:

Post-Delivery Issues and Returns:
- If you discover an issue with a product after delivery, such as a faulty item, you have a 3-day window to request a repair, refund, return, exchange, or cancellation. Priority Correction for Incorrect Product Deliveries:
- If an incorrect item is delivered, we will prioritize the delivery of the correct item on the next business day.
Furniture and Accessories Orders:
- Furniture orders can be canceled within 3 days of delivery, while accessories orders can be canceled within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to request a return.
