To protect from ultraviolet rays, dirt, and moisture, or to preserve restored color, you should seal the wood once in a year . After cleaning the furniture, apply a clear water-repellent preservative, which contains a mildewcide, or a penetrating semitransparent stain. (The pigment in the stain helps minimize sun damage.)Workmanship: Warranty ocover issues related to the craftsmanship of the sofa, including problems with joints, assembly, and finish.Weather-Related Damage: Damage caused by exposure to the elements, such as rain, snow, sunlight, or extreme temperatures, is usually not covered. Outdoor furniture is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, but some natural weathering is expected.
Check and tighten any screws, bolts, or nuts regularly to ensure that the furniture remains stable and secure.Hardware: The hardware components, such as screws, bolts, and fasteners, are covered for defects or failures.Misuse or Abuse: If the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care, it is unlikely to be covered under the warranty. This includes things like overloading the product beyond its weight capacity.
To prevent uneven wear and maintain the shape of your cushions, flip and rotate them regularly.Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in the manufacturing process that affect the functionality or durability of the product are covered.Acts of Nature: Damage caused by acts of nature, such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, is typically not covered.
Use a mild detergent specifically designed for outdoor fabrics to avoid fading or color bleeding. Non-Original Owner: warranty are non-transferable, meaning they only apply to the original purchaser and not to subsequent owners of the product .
Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals on polyester fabric, as they can damage the fibers and cause discoloration.  
Regularly remove dust and debris from the fabric by using a soft brush or shaking it out.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
